Oral Presentation
The first period was evaluated with oral presentations about business topics, I had to talk about how to prepare a job interview. I got a 100 because in general my presentation was quite good. My partners gave me a good grade too.

Reflection
I realized that I have a good fluency, but I have to speak slower and try to mantain eye contact with the audience, also, I have to keep a proper posture and stop dancing while I am speaking. I felt a little bit uncomfortable because unfortunately I am afraid of what others think, but I am sure that the next time I won't worry a lot and I will do it better.
Extra activity
I phoned an English friend that I visited 1 year ago; I talked with her, with her husband and with her children. We talked about my school, their trips and their business.Reflection
I understood almost everything during the conversation, it was a little bit difficult to understand their English accent and the audio was not good. I just need to practice my speaking skills with people that have different accents.
Final Reflection
My strengths are that I have a good pronunciation, I don't make mistakes while speaking and that I organize correctly all the information so the audience can understand what I am telling. My main weakness is that I get nervous when I have to talk in front of people that I am acquainted with, and because of that, my voice is fluctuanting, but this issue can be solved with a little bit of self-confidence and a higher volume in my voice.
Period 2
I was asked the following questions:
1.- If you could be any superhero, which would you be? Why?
2.- If your house was on fire, what 2 things would you save first?
3.- If you could eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
I got 95 because everything was perfect except thatI had a pronunciation mistake while answering to the third question.

Reflection
I am happy to say that in this oral presentation I was not nervous, which means that I have improved my self-confidence; I made a mistake pronunciating a word but I managed to cover the speaking time required. Lastly, I could keep an eye contact with the teacher and my classmates.
A cousin that lives in LA came to Mexico, he doesn't speak Spanish very well so we communicated in English. I practiced a lot with him because he stayed in my home for 3 weeks. We went together to many places so I was his translator when he wanted to tell something to someone.
Reflection
I had no trouble to talk with my cousin, I am sure that I improved a lot my fluency and pronunciation. He taught me a lot of slang used in LA and I learned phrases that are very common in daily conversations.
Period 2
Questions
The teacher sent us some questions by e-mail so we could think about the answers, but the main idea was that we had to improvise during the oral presentation.I was asked the following questions:
1.- If you could be any superhero, which would you be? Why?
2.- If your house was on fire, what 2 things would you save first?
3.- If you could eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Final Reflection
This period I improved a lot, my biggest strength is that I have calmed down my nervousness and because of that I was able to control my voice velocity and to stop moving my eyes too much. However, I still dance while I am speaking but I have noticed that I do it unconsciously; also, I will listen to the correct pronunciation of the words that I am not acquainted with in order to avoid making silly mistakes. I believe that these weaknesses are easy to diminish, I just need to be more careful and try to stand up correctly.
